Phillip Casale is an associate with the Firm. His current practice focuses on the representation of a broad spectrum of healthcare providers and hospital systems in complex and high stakes medical negligence cases in Delaware. Phil also has experience successfully representing individual doctors, nurses, chiropractors, and social workers in disciplinary actions before various regulatory boards in Delaware.

Prior to joining the firm, Phillip started his career working at the Delaware Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General. Phillip gained invaluable trial experience as a criminal prosecutor and supervising attorney at the DOJ where he handled a high volume of violent felony cases, including homicides, in multiples courts across Delaware.
