Mr. D'Amore is a Firm shareholder whose practice is focused on the defense of health care professionals and institutions against claims of medical and professional malpractice. He is admitted to the State and Federal Bars of Maryland, D.C., New Jersey, and Massachusetts, and the State Bar of Rhode Island. As a former prosecutor, Mr. D'Amore has tried criminal cases to verdict for the States of New Jersey and Alaska. He has tried civil cases to verdict in Maryland, D.C. and Massachusetts. Mr. D'Amore also has substantial experience in premises liability cases, with a focus on residential fire litigation.
Mr. D'Amore is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management, where he received a Bachelor' s degree in business finance. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University's School of Law. Mr. D'Amore and his family remain active at Northeastern University, developing and funding educational programs that identify socially under privileged students with high potential for achievement.
