Mr. McKee is a shareholder in the Firm who focuses on medical malpractice, civil litigation and general tort liability matters. Additionally, Mr. McKee handles contract and criminal matters, and is a certified mediator. Previously, Mr. McKee practiced in Washington, D.C. in the area of general tort litigation. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable William D. Missouri, Administrative Judge of the 4th Judicial Circuit and County Administrative Judge for Prince George's County Circuit Court.

Mr. McKee's experience includes defending physicians in medical malpractice cases covering all aspects of alleged injuries including permanent impairment, paralysis and death. He also has defended major construction firms and other publicly traded and privately held companies in cases alleging personal injury, disability, dismemberment and death.

In addition to his activities as a lawyer, Mr. McKee has been active in community affairs. He has taught legal writing and research as well as presented to schools, colleges and professional societies on various aspects of the law and its interaction with society. Mr. McKee also devotes a substantial portion of his personal time to the development and administration of small businesses throughout the area, sitting on the Board of Directors for a number of regional companies.
