The Firm has litigated all types of tort litigation, both for plaintiffs and defendants, generally before juries in both State and Federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and, occasionally, in other jurisdictions. The Firm has regularly handled litigation involving insurance coverage disputes.
