The Firm has a member who has combined his litigation skills with his background as a horseman to develop an equine law practice - which includes, in addition to the defense of equine litigation matters, counseling on liability avoidance, defense of veterinary malpractice cases, contracts relating to purchase/sale of horses, insurance coverage and related issues, and general counseling to owners, trainers, riders, and other members of the equine community.
