Mr. Rubin is an associate with the firm. His practice concentrates in the areas of medical malpractice defense and product liability defense. Prior to joining Wharton Levin Ehrmantraut & Klein, Mr. Rubin was a law clerk for the Honorable Timothy J. Doory of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. While in law school, Mr. Rubin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia of the Maryland Court of Appeals as well as the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  Mr. Rubin is a Cum Laude graduate of both Franklin & Marshall College (B.A. 2006) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D. 2010), where he served as a Senior Editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law.
