Mr. MacMullan is an associate
with the firm who concentrates on the defense of medical malpractice
claims. He defends local physicians, hospitals and healthcare
institutions at the trial level in cases alleging medical malpractice
negligence.
Prior to joining Wharton Levin Ehrmantraut & Klein, Mr. MacMullan
was a law clerk for the Honorable Nancy Davis-Loomis, Administrative
Judge, in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. During
law school, Mr. MacMullan was a judicial intern for the Honorable
Richard D. Bennett of the United States District Court of Maryland
and an intern in the legal department of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Before
law school, he held positions at a large law firm and a litigation
support company, where he worked on litigation and electronic discovery
issues, respectively.
Mr. MacMullan received his B.A. from Villanova University in 2004
and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2010.
Mr. MacMullan is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne
Arundel County Bar Association.
